Job Summary

  • Lead and run day-to-day Labware Technical Support and BAU operations for GSC Quality Control Labs, ensuring stable, compliant, and continuously improving operations.
  • Manage the strategic supplier DevOps relationship and deliver against delivery OLAs and service SLAs, compliance and stakeholder expectations.
  • Identify and deliver automation opportunities including AI/ML solutions to reduce risk/time-to-resolution.
