Job Summary

  • The primary responsibility is to supervise the day-to-day nursing activities of the facility during your tour of duty while ensuring adherence to current federal, state, and local standards.
  • You will participate in developing written policies, maintaining the Nursing Service Procedures Manual, and assisting the Director of Nursing in planning the nursing services portion of the resident's discharge plan.
  • This role requires ensuring that all nursing service personnel comply with job descriptions and procedures while monitoring absenteeism and participating in employee performance evaluations.

Key Requirements

  • Nursing Degree from accredited college or university
