In this critical leadership role within Neural Nexus – AI Data Enablement (AuRA), you will own the strategy, execution, and scaling of AI-enabled data foundations and data products that power Amgen’s Commercial and Analytics ecosystem.
You will be accountable not only for platform and delivery outcomes, but also for building and leading a high-performing, globally distributed team, ensuring strong execution rigor, data governance, and measurable business impact.
This role is pivotal in establishing AuRA as a foundational, enterprise-scale AI-ready data platform, while building the team, operating model, and execution discipline required to sustain long-term success.

Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree / Master’s degree with 18+yrs of Industrial experience
4 years of managerial experience
Proven experience building and scaling high-performing data and analytics teams
Strong experience in enterprise data platform implementation
Deep understanding of data architecture, pipelines, and platform design
Experience working with commercial pharma datasets
