For the M&A Tax department in Milan, we are looking for a professional qualified as a Chartered Accountant with 2 to 4 years of experience in corporate taxes.
The activity will include tax due diligence for extraordinary transactions, structuring of domestic and international extraordinary operations, and consulting on domestic and international corporate taxation.
Excellent knowledge of the English language is required, along with motivation, enthusiasm, initiative, results orientation, and excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills.
