Job Summary
Lead end-to-end project delivery for the APAC HR Employee Exit initiative, owning project governance including RAID management, milestone tracking, and reporting.
Coordinate across HR, IT, and Finance stakeholders across multiple APAC markets, overseeing full SDLC including requirements validation, integration design, UAT, cutover, and hypercare.
Manage integration between HR systems (e.g., Workday or similar), access management, payroll, and downstream systems, driving workshops and ensuring clear accountability.

Key Requirements

Strong stakeholder management skills across business and technical teams
