Job Summary

  • Lead end-to-end project delivery for the APAC HR Employee Exit initiative, owning project governance including RAID management, milestone tracking, and reporting.
  • Coordinate across HR, IT, and Finance stakeholders across multiple APAC markets, overseeing full SDLC including requirements validation, integration design, UAT, cutover, and hypercare.
  • Manage integration between HR systems (e.g., Workday or similar), access management, payroll, and downstream systems, driving workshops and ensuring clear accountability.
