Job Summary

  • This role is responsible for coordinating cross-functional teams, overseeing capital projects and budgets, and helping ensure that global facility and real estate programs are executed efficiently, on time, and within budget.
  • Develop business cases for capital investments, incorporating cost/benefit analysis, ROI metrics, and strategic alignment; Partner with Finance to forecast project spend, track expenditures, and ensure adherence to budget targets.
  • Standardizing global facilities and real estate project processes to improve scalability and efficiency; Lead post-project reviews to identify lessons learned and implement continuous improvement within the function.
