Job Summary
This role is responsible for coordinating cross-functional teams, overseeing capital projects and budgets, and helping ensure that global facility and real estate programs are executed efficiently, on time, and within budget.
Develop business cases for capital investments, incorporating cost/benefit analysis, ROI metrics, and strategic alignment; Partner with Finance to forecast project spend, track expenditures, and ensure adherence to budget targets.
Standardizing global facilities and real estate project processes to improve scalability and efficiency; Lead post-project reviews to identify lessons learned and implement continuous improvement within the function.
