Key Requirements

Solid understanding of ITSM platforms (ServiceNow, Freshworks, BMC Helix)
Familiarity with APIs and system integrations
Understanding of CI/CD principles
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
Strong analytical skills with product/onboarding metrics
Experience with process mapping and diagramming tools
