** Archaea Energy is seeking a Field Service and Maintenance Technician to perform mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation work on plant equipment. The ideal candidate should have experience in PLC programming, troubleshooting, and maintenance of natural gas or landfill gas engines, with a commitment to safety and teamwork. **

Job Summary

  • The Field Service/Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing highly skilled mechanical, electrical, electronic and instrumentation work in the installation, commissioning, repair, and maintenance of Archaea plant equipment.
  • Key accountabilities include working closely with the plant operations team in troubleshooting, installation, maintenance, and repair of plant equipment, and recording equipment readings, interpreting abnormal readings and alarms to take pre-designated corrective action.
