Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or Social Work
  • Valid RN, LVN, or LPN license
  • Two years clinical nursing experience preferred
  • Knowledge of Medicare, Medi-Cal, and Medicaid benefits
  • Certified Case Manager (CCM) certificate a plus
