The Instructional Coach delivers academic intervention beyond general education to at-risk students in synchronous and asynchronous environments to reduce academic disparity.
This role involves building capacity at every level of the campus related to effective inclusive practices for at-risk populations and implementing professional development opportunities for teachers.
