Job Summary

  • Delivers comprehensive administrative support to commercial operations and patient/customer services, acting as a primary liaison between the organization, its clients, and third-party payors.
  • Manages high volume of calls, handling inbound customer enquiries and proactive outbound calls, while taking ownership of customer complaints and leading internal investigations for full resolution.
  • Monitors delivery analysis and PowerBI dashboards to monitor critical KPIs, specifically Churn Rate and Fulfillment Rate, and provides standby availability after hours for urgent escalations.
