Job Summary

• Provide legal counsel and advice to clients on matters relating to engineering, procurement, construction, operations, and maintenance, including financed projects.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders, including development and project finance counsel, to facilitate continuous improvements to contracting processes and tools.

Salary

Base: $200,000—$230,000 USD; Bonus/Equity: Annual cash bonus, subject to performance goals; Benefits: Medical, dental & vision care, HSAs, 401(k) with match, generous PTO, parental leave, tuition reimbursement
