This job accurately compounds IV Admixtures and other assigned preparations utilizing aseptic technique and proper pharmaceutical procedures; maintains stock in all assigned areas including the IV room, Central Pharmacy, compounded items and bottles and vials; accurately fills medication orders; and accurately enters ADR data into computer.

Key Requirements
Enrolled in accredited College of Pharmacy
Current Pharmacy Intern Permit
Experience with standard Pharmacy equipment
Permitted to practice as pharmacy intern
Knowledge of federal, state, and local pharmacy laws
