Job Summary
This position is responsible for coordinating the community’s marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies to achieve occupancy, revenue, and resident retention goals.
Performs all sales and leasing activities to achieve the community’s revenue and occupancy goals by greeting and qualifying prospects, conducting community tours and showing apartments, processing applications, credit screening, and criminal background checks.
In addition to the base salary, this role may be eligible to participate in weekly, monthly, and/or quarterly bonus programs.

Base: $16.00 - $17.00/hr; Bonus/Equity: Eligible for bonus programs; Benefits: 401(k) with Company Match, Employee Assistance Program, Paid sick time
