Job Summary
Perform maintenance and preventative maintenance on buildings and equipment including electrical, plumbing, sheetrock, masonry and related components.
Operate, maintain, and repair HVAC systems and components including building automation systems.
Operate and maintain vehicles including tractors, forklifts, boom lifts, loaders, large trucks, and motorized carts.
