Global OH and Wellness strategy development
U.S. workers' compensation program leadership
Australian self-insurance injury management
ISO 45001 and ISO 45003 framework knowledge
Clinical or scientific degree in Occupational Health
10+ years of OH/IH leadership experience
Nice-to-have
Board certification in Occupational Medicine
CIH or COH certification preferred
Experience with ESG metrics integration
Cross-cultural leadership capabilities
Implementation of global digital systems
Strategic change management excellence
Key Requirements
Advanced clinical or scientific degree (MD/DO, NP/PA, MS)
10+ years OH/IH leadership in regulated industries
Knowledge of OSHA, EU OSH, and ACGIH/NIOSH frameworks
Familiarity with Australian self-insurance regulations
Board certification in Occupational Medicine or CIH/COH
