  • Provides requisition center training, ongoing support, and troubleshooting for requesters, interacting with various departments to provide savings and support item master integrity.
  • Investigates and resolves invoice discrepancies and vendor disputes, collaborates with accounts payable, and facilitates the return process for the organization.
