Primary Location Base Pay Range: $210,600 USD - $316,000 USD; Additional US Location(s) Base Pay Range: $177,800 USD - $316,000 USD; Bonus/Equity: May be eligible for Workday Bonus Plan or role-specific commission/bonus, as well as annual refresh stock grants

Key Requirements

  • 12+ years of program management experience
  • 10+ years in software as a service or enterprise technology
  • 8+ years leading Federal-specific technology programs
  • Familiarity with FedRAMP, NIST 800-53, or compliance frameworks
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Technology, or Management
