Base: $90,200.00 - $158,040.00; Bonus/Equity: Variable annual bonus based on individual and company performance; Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, 401(k) match, PTO, tuition reimbursement
Skills & Requirements
Must-have
5-8 years CRO or web optimization experience
Proven track record of website A/B testing
Hands-on experience with form-based journey optimization
Strong understanding of mobile-first UX/UI principles
Working knowledge of SEO fundamentals for on-page intent
Nice-to-have
Experience bridging marketing intent and search strategy
Ability to work in a noisy cubicle environment
Strong communication skills for stakeholder management
Fluency in English for verbal information exchange
Flexibility for occasional overtime and adjusted schedules
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field
5-8 years of experience in CRO, web optimization, or growth roles
Proficiency in analytics platforms and Microsoft Office
Must have a smartphone meeting company security standards
