Job Summary
This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for managing a team of maintenance engineers, controlling budgets, delivering projects, and embedding best-in-class maintenance practices across the site.
You will lead, manage, and develop a team of Maintenance Engineers to support production in a high-throughput manufacturing environment and manage and continuously improve the system of routine equipment maintenance and statutory safety checks.

Proven experience in Maintenance or Engineering Management
