Job Summary
Coordinate day-to-day operation of the outlets, monitor operations, support and assist staff, and inform management of any pertinent information.
Ensure customer satisfaction, print menus, upsell Destination Dining, and ensure proper preparation and presentation of all items.
Apply necessary precautions with regards to the hotel food safety and hygiene standards (HACCP) and report guest feedbacks or complaints to management.
