Job Summary
Provide each assigned resident with routine daily nursing care and services in accordance with the resident’s assessment and care plan.
Assist residents with daily functions including dental and mouth care, bath functions, combing of hair, dressing and undressing, and personal care needs.
Measure and record temperatures, pulses, and respirations (TPRs) of residents, as instructed, and weigh and measure residents as instructed.
