Job Summary
The Revenue Officer will ensure the financial health of our Private Division by producing high-quality, accurate patient accounts whilst navigating health fund contract business rules.
You will strategically manage aged debt, working within departmental KPIs and contractual agreements, and proactively liaise with health funds and patients to resolve outstanding claims.
We have an exciting permanent full-time opportunity available on a hybrid working arrangement and can be based in Queensland, New South Wales or Victoria.
