Job Summary

  • Provide technical leadership and subject-matter expertise in DRC Tissue manufacturing and converting processes to lead overall process optimization.
  • Support various internal teams including Mill Leadership, Asset Teams, Site Technical, Operations & Maintenance, Staff Engineering, and Vendors.
  • The role requires strong analytical/statistical skills, experience with external technical service providers, and the ability to coach and mentor junior team members.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in sciences, engineering or related discipline
  • 15+ years of industrial experience
  • Demonstrated track record leading technical teams
  • Subject matter expert in papermaking technologies
  • Direct experience with Tissue Manufacturing operation
  • Ability to influence across all levels
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • LSS methodology and ability to progress to Black belt level
