This role is pivotal in supporting the Early Careers Manager to engage and support the Graduate, Apprentice, and Intern population across the UK & Ireland business.
The successful candidate will deliver the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle including drafting job adverts, screening CVs, coordinating interviews, and managing assessment centres.
Candidates must possess strong organisational skills to manage multiple deadlines while maintaining accurate records in recruitment systems like Workday and GEM.
