Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a science or engineering discipline
  • Two (2) years of combined plant experience
  • Experience in manufacturing and quality requirements in a high-tech industry
  • Experience working on a cross-functional team
  • High-Tech industry experience
  • Expertise with quality engineering tools
  • Expertise in statistical insights
  • Experience change management, complaint management, supplier management, auditing
  • Certifications in quality engineering, quality auditing or quality management
  • Black Belt or Green Belt experience
