Provide chat & phone based support to customers during our 24 hour, 7 days per week service.
Offer helpful and timely assistance to customers using our online chat service and support them with new ways of banking through our app and online banking.
We can offer hybrid working which is a mixture of working from home and office work, after a minimum of 6 months in the office.
