Job Summary

• As an Assistant Store Manager, you will support the Store Manager in all facets of store operations, developing and promoting a sales culture by creating individualized solutions for every guest.
• Key responsibilities include providing best-in-class guest service, processing transactions accurately, promoting guest benefits programs, and ensuring a clean and organized store environment.
• Full-time store positions are eligible to participate in incentive programs, 401(k), paid time off, dental, vision, and health insurance.
