Formulate and drive the Employee Relations (ER) strategy to ensure a healthy industrial relations environment and lead manufacturing optimization initiatives.

Key Requirements
5–7 years of experience in HR
PGD/MBA/MSW in Human Resources/Industrial Relations
LLB (Bachelor of Laws) – Preferred
Additional certifications in HRM/Labour Laws (added advantage)
