As a part of the healthcare team, the RN I-Admission/Discharge assumes primary accountability for nursing coordination and provision of individualized for patients of all ages.
Collaborates with case management and social work to facilitate throughput and assists in the coordinates the admission, transfer, and discharge process across disciplines and service lines.
