Job Summary

  • The Trainer is responsible for coordinating and effectively delivering learning and development programs for all employees across the College.
  • This role partners with HR to ensure all training is tracked within the Learning Management System and manages multiple training courses including DDI Leadership and DiSC.
  • The position requires gathering and analyzing course evaluations to determine effectiveness and recommending revisions to improve training retention.

Must-have
