The Trainer is responsible for coordinating and effectively delivering learning and development programs for all employees across the College.
This role partners with HR to ensure all training is tracked within the Learning Management System and manages multiple training courses including DDI Leadership and DiSC.
The position requires gathering and analyzing course evaluations to determine effectiveness and recommending revisions to improve training retention.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
4 years of training delivery experience
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
Proficiency with LMS and Adobe Suite
Nice-to-have
Knowledge of DDI Leadership courses
Experience with DiSC assessment tools
Strong emotional intelligence and critical thinking
