The ideal candidate will possess technical expertise, relevant experience, and the ability to handle emergency situations effectively
Job Summary
Responsible to ensure the efficient operation and maintenance of mechanical, electrical and plumbing equipment and systems for the assigned property(s).
Perform all plumbing, electrical, or HVAC requirements of the building(s), including maintaining heating equipment, chillers, pumps, and air distribution systems.
