Key Requirements

  • Bachelor and/or Master’s Degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Real Estate or related field
  • Excellent critical reasoning, quantitative, and analytical skills
  • Deep understanding of financial concepts
  • Deep understanding of real estate concepts and terminology
  • Proficient understanding of multifamily investments
  • Ability to manipulate large amounts of data in Excel
  • Past operational experience in residential property management with a preference in student housing
