Base: $170,400.00 - $227,700.00; Bonus/Equity: Opportunity for bonus included; Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, PTO, and associate discounts

Must-have
15+ years apparel product development experience
Expertise in sweater materials and construction
Global supply chain and vendor negotiation skills
Proficiency in PLM systems and data-driven decision making
Strong leadership of high-performing global teams
Nice-to-have
Experience with sustainable sourcing practices
Knowledge of China specific manufacturing logistics
Background in luxury or contemporary market positioning
Understanding of fiber ethos and yarn gauge correlation
Key Requirements
15+ years experience in apparel production
Bachelor's degree preferred in Product Development or related field
