Key Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, Industrial or Manufacturing Engineering
• 8–10 years’ experience in heavy steel fabrication
• 2 years working regularly with factories on process development
• Proven experience in at least two fabrication processes
• Solid structuring and analytical skills
• Advanced communication skills
• Fluent oral and written communications in English
• Availability to travel on a regular basis
