Key Requirements

  • 7-10 years of practical experience
  • Experience leading numerous projects simultaneously
  • ICD 705 and/or secured environment experience
  • Ability to develop business relationships
  • Working knowledge of accounting and financial reporting
  • Ability to lead individuals across a national platform
  • Knowledge of design development and construction documents
  • Ability to manage ground-up development projects
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management
