Job Summary

  • You will have overall responsibility for all Service and Operational deliverables within the country, utilizing your operational management skills to improve performance in order to achieve business targets and increased market share.
  • As Operations Manager you will develop and implement action plans in order for your team to Maximize operational excellence by demonstrating commitment to surpass internal and external customers’ expectations.
  • Primary Responsibilities include maintaining strong business relationships with existing customers, P&L accountability, assisting with in-country budgets, revenues and outlined costs, and conducting regular rig site visits.

Key Requirements

  • Engineering / Business degree
  • Experience in a similar position
  • Working knowledge of Oil & Gas service environment
  • Experience in ERP systems, preferably JD Edwards (JDE)
