  • Supports the formulation and execution of real estate investment strategy, leads end-to-end deal underwriting and transaction execution, ensures regulatory and internal governance compliance, and manages post-investment activities to drive sustainable portfolio growth.
  • Participate in the underwriting, closing and reporting of direct and indirect real estate investment opportunities under supervision and assist to conduct post-investment-management works.

Key Requirements

  • Strong analytical and decision making skill
