Job Summary

  • As Assistant Head Sommelier, you will support the Head Sommelier in leading the wine programme for our new dining concept.
  • Deliver personalised wine recommendations and pairings for guests, upholding Four Seasons standards of excellence in service and hospitality.
  • This is a full-time position, contracted at 40 hours per week, with wine service both lunch and dinner, 7 days a week.
