Job Summary

• Functions as part of the dialysis health care team providing safe and effective dialysis therapy under the direct supervision of a licensed nurse.
• Responsible for setup, operation, and monitoring of hemodialysis machines, patient assessment, and documentation of treatment parameters.
• Supports infection control practices, participates in continuous quality improvement activities, and assists with patient education and transitional care.
