Key Requirements

• BS degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management
• 8-12+ years of progressive leadership experience
• Proven track record of managing a manufacturing plan
• Strong knowledge of Lean manufacturing, Six Sigma
• Demonstrated ability to lead change
• Excellent communication, leadership, and decision-making skills
