Key Requirements
Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry or equivalent
At least one year of leadership experience or completion of Boeing internal leadership course
5+ years of experience in an engineering related role in a test environment
3+ years of experience leading cross-functional or cross-business unit teams
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
Must meet U.S. export control compliance requirements
