Job Summary

  • Analyzes business needs based on industry best practices, defines requirements, implements and tests systems, prepares advanced reporting, and executes compliance in support of all payroll objectives.
  • Researches IRS, DOL and FLSA legislation when needed and implements changes as necessary to assure compliance, and provides audit worksheets to both internal and external audit sources.
  • Develops complex reports and queries on an as needed basis to provide Payroll data for management, surveys and other hospital staff as necessary.
