Job Summary
This is a key leadership role responsible for building and leading the outbound sales development team for CompStak’s Exchange platform.
The SDM will recruit and manage a team of high-volume outbound callers, introducing the platform to prospects in the U.S. and turning those conversations into qualified demos.
The ideal candidate has hands-on cold-calling experience, understands the nuances of outbound conversations, and can translate that into daily coaching, measurable team improvements, and consistent results.
