Key Requirements

  • 5+ years healthcare facility maintenance experience
  • High school diploma plus 2 years trade/vocational schooling
  • Multi-skilled in two craft areas
  • Valid US Driver's License
  • Ability to climb ladders and lift 60 lbs
  • Ability to detect emergency alarms
