Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • Valid RN License required
  • 1 year Registered Nursing experience
  • BLS ACLS TNCC certifications
  • Emergency Department patient care
  • Trauma Center clinical duties

Nice-to-have

  • 2 years or more nursing experience
  • CEN or TCRN certification preferred
  • Strong communication skills
  • Excellent work ethics and accountability
  • Ability to mentor student nurses

Key Requirements

  • Graduate of accredited Nursing Program (ADN, Diploma, BSN, or MSN)
  • Valid RN License in Arkansas
  • 1 year of Registered Nursing experience
  • BLS, ACLS, and TNCC certifications
  • PALS within 6 months of hire
  • Proof of legal authority to work in US
