Job Summary

  • This role will take responsibility for providing comprehensive MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) engineering support and technical consultation to JLL's facilities management clients across Taiwan.
  • Manage MEP operations across multiple client sites to meet KPIs and SLA targets and oversee Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) programs for all MEP systems.
  • Develop and manage MEP budgets, identify cost-saving opportunities, and provide regular reports on MEP performance and operational metrics.

Key Requirements

  • 7+ years facilities management experience
  • Managerial experience leading technical teams
  • Associate or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering
  • Mandarin and basic English proficiency
  • Professional Engineer license preferred
