You will help implement cutting-edge solutions that revolutionise HR management, promoting a tech enabled, human-centric approach to enhance employee connectivity and interaction.
Key accountabilities include assessing current HR and payroll systems, designing data mapping, developing and testing integration workflows, and monitoring integration processes.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Oracle HCM Payroll, Leave & Attendance, Claims
Enterprise HCM Payroll integration
Integration tools and technologies
Database management systems and data mapping
Local statutory requirements (SG/MY/PH/IN/TH)
Nice-to-have
Process improvement initiatives
Basic technical debugging experience
Programming languages (PHP Laravel, Java, .NET)
Project management methodologies
Client business work days and office hours
Key Requirements
At least 5 years of experience in an HCM implementation role
At least 2 years of experience using Oracle HCM
Minimum 2 project implementations as Business Analyst/System Integrator/Functional consultant
At least 2 years’ experience working with Oracle HCM
Good knowledge of integration to other related modules/sub-modules
Good knowledge of HCM/Payroll Domain Expertise
Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, ITIL) are desirable
