  • Under the direction of Lead Housekeeper and the Housekeeping Manager, the Part Time Custodian team member's primary responsibilities include cleaning and sanitizing restrooms, dusting furniture, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming floors, and emptying wastebaskets.
  • Responsibilities also include stripping, cleaning, buffing, and applying floor sealer and finish to hard surface floors, vacuuming and shampooing carpets, and using and maintaining assigned power equipment and hand tools.
  • The working hours are scheduled based on the needs of the facility, with PART-TIME ON-CALL scheduling and no guarantee of hours on a weekly basis, requiring flexible and irregular hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.
