Set up and adjust welding equipment
Produce strong penetrated welds
Perform 100% inspection on first part
Maintain safe and clean work environment
Operate MIG welding equipment

Key Requirements
Pass Madix weld test
Formal MIG welding training or 1 year hands-on experience
High school diploma/ GED preferred
Ability to read and use tape measure, protractors, and interpret blueprints
